Palladium

So January & February was rather crazy busy. Apologies for not having been able to write another post until now.

Recently one of the cool little jobs I did was with a company called Palladium. Being the millennial that I am, of course, I had never heard of the brand. It wasn't until I had mentioned it to an old friend (much older than I) who recalled how they were at some point the cool shoes of her generation. A generation of angst, fast life and riots- probably.

After doing some light digging, sure enough, I found that these shoes have been part of many movements. Comfort and statements are always a sure shot way to set your brand apart from the white noise.

Since posting this campaign on my IG stories, I've had a number of people comment on how much they loved owning a pair -as well as how cool the shoes are. The majority loved them for the comfort it provides when doing outdoor activities such as hiking and protesting.

There have been many campaigns that have been done in this style but one that sets this apart for me is the creative freedom and collaboration that we had in creating these images.

Xvavier - shoot producer- was happy to let the photographer and I play around to discover what works and what doesn't. They wanted unique shapes the visually enhanced the strength of the photos. With some luck, of course we came to these photographs.
